In its short history International Formwork & Scaffolding Ltd has gained considerable ground. In just over a year, this incorporated company has listed on the Australian stock exchange following a reverse merger of Advanced Ocular Systems Ltd.
Since setting up its first company division and head office in Perth in January 2008, International Formwork & Scaffolding has become a multi-region company with operations in Australia, South East Asia and the Middle East.
International Formwork & Scaffolding Ltd provides formwork and scaffolding services, with the added benefit of in-house engineering and design creating a unique 'one-stop' service to clients.

Company Structure
AUSTRALIAN COMPANY DIVISON
In January 2008, International Formwork & Scaffolding Ltd was established by former PCH Group Ltd Director Doug Weir.
Divisions were immediately set up in Perth, and a Sydney office was opened December of the same year.
In September, 2008 International Formwork & Scaffolding Ltd acquired the well regarded scaffolding business, Hire Access Scaffold Pty Ltd (HAS).
Established ten years ago, HAS is a recognised provider of quality products and services in WA. Since joining International Formwork & Scaffolding Ltd it has now extended its service provision nationally.
SINGAPORE AND GREATER ASIA COMPANY DIVISION
In April 2008, the Singapore company division was established. International Formwork & Scaffolding PTE Limited was set up to service Singapore and Greater Asia.
BAHRAIN AND MIDDLE EAST COMPANY DIVISION
International Formwork & Scaffolding PTE Limited was established mid-way through the first quarter of 2009.

W B Ryan, FAID - Independent Chairman
Mr Ryan was born in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia and has over 35 years experience in hire and contracting businesses. From 1973 Mr Ryan managed an earthmoving business, which was sold to a public company in 1986. In 1980 he commenced a materials handling company which was eventually sold to Brambles Industries in 1993.
Mr J Yeudall, C.Eng., M.I. Struct E., MAIDC - Non-Executive Director
Mr Yeudall was born in the UK and qualified as a Chartered Engineer. Mr Yeudall has extensive experience managing a range of businesses both in Australia and internationally. He has spent ten years in senior positions with the Australian Trade Commission based in the Middle East with responsibility for expanding Australia's trade to that region. He has also served a 3 year term as Australia's Consul General in Dubai.
D Weir, MAICD - Executive Director - International Sales and Operations
Mr Weir was born in the UK and has over 30 years experience in international formwork. Mr Weir managed operations for UK's Scaffolding Great Britain in Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Indonesia and has been responsible for a group of SGB companies operating across the Middle East region.
In the 1990s Mr Weir managed a new SGB UK division responsible for the façade retention of London's historically listed structures and buildings and also established new offices in Turkey, Indonesia, Taiwan, and, in 2001, Australia.
From 2005-2008 Mr Weir joined PCH Group Ltd as the Formwork Director, extending this company's operations internationally. In early 2008 Mr Weir established International Formwork & Scaffolding Ltd.
B. Ong Choon Kwee - Non-Executive Director (Hong Kong)
Mr Ong is the founder of Millenium Scaffolding Systems (Asia) Limited, a major international manufacturer of scaffolding equipment and IFS' strategic equipment supplier. Millenium Scaffolding Systems (Asia) is a cornerstone IFS shareholder.
I.Spence, B. Com - Non- Executive Director
Mr Spence was born in New Zealand but has been a Singapore resident for the past 35 years. He served as the Managing Director of the Bowater Corporation Ltd and in this role has worked in South East Asia for 19 years. He has been a non-executive independent Director of public and private companies.
S.Usher, B.Bus., G. Dip., CSP, CPA, ACIS - Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Mr Usher is the Company Secretary for the IFS Constructions Services Ltd.
S. Williams - Managing Director
Mr Williams is the founder and Managing Director of the Hire Access Scaffold Pty Ltd. He has 20 years experience in the scaffolding industry.

C. Tan - Country Manager, Singapore
Mr Tan has approximately 8 years experience with SGB and 3 years with the PCH Group as Country Formwork Manager.
N. Parafina - Chief Design & Engineering Manager
Mr Parafina heads up a highly trained team of international formwork engineers and designers, with a background in prestigious projects including: Taiwan High Speed Rail, IFS building in Hong Kong and Terminal 5 at the London Heathrow Airport. Mr Parafina has previously worked as a Senior Engineer with SGB and as Chief Designer with PCH Group Ltd.
